MIMOmics (Methods for Integrated analysis of multiple Omics datasets) is a FP7-HEALTH-2012 Innovation project funded by the European Commission, running from October 2012 till October 2017, coordinated by the Leiden University Medical Center.
Summary of the project
How methods for data analysis improve the lives of John and Suzy. This animation shows why multiple datasets should be used together to predict outcomes. The MIMOmics consortium develops the necessary methods.
On October 3rd and 4th 2016 the “26th annual Workshop on Mathematical and Statistical Aspects of Molecular Biology” will take place at the Computer Science Laboratory in Cambridge, UK. The call for contributions to the Workshop is open. Submission deadline for oral presentations is August 5 2016. See the website for details.
The software workshop will be organized on May 6, 2017, Dubrovnik, prior to Jenner Glycobiology and Medicine symposium, May 7-9, 2017.
Two software packages (glycanR and o2plsR) developed in MIMOmics will be presented. The face-to-face training involves lectures, hands-on sessions, tutorials, etc. Details on registration, location etc. will follow when available.
The fourth annual meeting will be organised on 26th – 28th of September 2016 at the Sheraton Zagreb Hotel in Croatia. The registration tool and hotel reservation link was send by email to all partners of the MIMOmics consortium. The deadline for registration, for the meeting and the reservation for the hotel, is August 12th. The Scientific Advisory Board will also be present at the annual meeting 2016.
